01About these terms

These terms apply to your use of zuriatalent.com (the “website”), operated by Zuria Talent, a creator and talent management agency. By using the website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

02Adults only

This website describes management services for the adult-content industry. It contains no explicit material, but it is intended only for people aged 18 or over. By using it you confirm that you are at least 18.

03No agreement until signed

Submitting an application or enquiry does not create a management, employment or other contract. Any working relationship with Zuria is governed only by a separate written agreement signed by both parties, which will set out commission, ownership, confidentiality and exit terms.

04No guarantees

The information on this website is general. We do not promise or guarantee any level of income, growth or results. Every creator’s situation is different.

05Fees

Zuria does not charge creators any fee to apply or to join. Commission is discussed at consultation and agreed in writing. Anyone asking you for an upfront payment in Zuria’s name is not acting for us. Please report it to info@zuriatalent.com.

06Using the website

• Please provide accurate information in any form you submit.
• Do not misuse the website, attempt to access it without permission, or submit harmful code or spam.
• Do not impersonate Zuria or any member of our team.

07Intellectual property

The Zuria Talent name, logo, monogram and website content belong to Zuria Talent. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

The website may link to third-party platforms such as social networks. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
