01Who we are
Zuria Talent (“Zuria”, “we”, “us”) is a creator and talent management agency. For the purposes of applicable data protection law, Zuria is the data controller for the personal information described in this policy.

02What we collect
- Creator applications: your name, stage name, email, WhatsApp number, country, age confirmation, platform handles, optional earnings range, experience, goals and any message you choose to send.
- Job applications: your name, contact details, country, role, experience, availability, CV link and writing sample.
- Contact enquiries: your name, email, subject and message.
- Technical data: basic information our hosting provider records automatically, such as IP address and browser type, for security and reliability.
We do not ask for photos, identity documents or uploads through this website. If we move forward together, age and identity verification happens separately through a secure process.
03How we use it
- To review your application or enquiry and reply to you.
- To arrange consultations, interviews and onboarding.
- To meet legal obligations, including verifying that every creator we represent is 18 or older.
- To keep our website secure and prevent fraud or impersonation.
We rely on your consent (given when you submit a form), on steps needed before entering a contract with you, and on our legitimate interests in running a secure business. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
04Who can see it
Only the Zuria team members who need your information to do their job. We use a small number of trusted service providers to operate this website and store form submissions (for example, our website host and a secure database provider). They process data only on our instructions.
Some providers may store data outside the country where you live. Where this happens, we take steps required by law to ensure your information remains protected.
05How long we keep it
Applications that do not proceed are deleted within 12 months unless you ask us to keep them on file. Information about creators and staff we work with is kept for the length of our relationship and as required by law afterwards.
06Your rights
Under applicable data protection law you have the right to be informed, to access your data, to object to processing, to correct inaccurate data and to have your data deleted. To use any of these rights, email info@zuriatalent.com. You may also complain to the relevant data protection authority.
07Security
We use access controls, secure services and confidentiality agreements to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we take discretion seriously and will tell you promptly if a breach affects you.
08Adults only
Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe someone under 18 has contacted us, please let us know and we will delete their information.
09Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page with the date it was last updated.
