I’ve spent years working behind the scenes in this industry, and I’ve seen creators hand over their accounts, their income and their trust to people who didn’t protect any of it.
I started Zuria to be the agency I’d trust with my own name. It’s run by women, the creator owns her account, and every promise is in writing.

Who can apply to Zuria Talent?
Any creator aged 18 or over, whether you are just starting or already established. We review every application personally and will be honest about whether we are the right fit.
Do I keep ownership of my accounts and earnings?
Yes. Your accounts, content and audience remain yours, and platform payouts go directly to you. This is written into our agreement.
How much does management cost?
There are no upfront or joining fees. We work on a commission, which is discussed openly at your private consultation and agreed in writing before anything begins.
Can I stay anonymous?
Absolutely. Many creators work under a stage name, and we can build your strategy around protecting your identity. Only the people who need your details to do their job ever see them.
What if I want to leave?
Our agreements include clear exit terms, so you know from day one exactly how the partnership can end. You keep your accounts either way.
Where do you work with creators?
Everywhere. We work remotely with creators worldwide, including the US, UK and Europe, so wherever you are based, you are welcome to apply.
Will you ask for photos when I apply?
No. Our application never asks for photos or uploads. We only ask for your public handles, and anything else is discussed privately at the consultation.
How soon will I hear back?
We reply to every application within 48 hours, from an official @zuriatalent.com email address.
